Useful Information & Safety Facts

Wax Melts Usage Instructions...

Remove all packaging and place the wax melts in the well of your melt burner.  Use with an unscented tealight.  Only burn the wax melt on a level, fire resistant surface.  Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Safety...

Do not put fingers or hands into the burner whilst lit.  To reduce the risk of injury, keep out of reach of children and pets.  Do not overfill bowl of the burner, you can top up once the was has melted.  The burner may become hot, do not touch while in use as heated wax can burn.  Allow to cool when finished using.  Do not use metal objects to clean out wax, as this may crack and damage the burner.  See label on wax melts for further health and safety advice.

Wax Melt Storage...

Wax melts are sensitive to light and temperature, you can avoid your melts from cracking and meting by storing in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.  Keep your melts dust free by keeping them in their sealed packaging

Changing Your Wax Melts...

There are two ways to remove your used wax melts in order to start a new one.  We call it the hot or cold method..

If you burner has been on and your wax is liquid, take two cotton wool balls, set them in the burner tray, let it absorb and discard cotton balls.  Then take a paper towel and wipe any excess wax.

If your burner is not warm and the was is hardened, the easiest way is to relight a tealight under the wax for 30 seconds so it loosens in the dish and remove as a solid piece and discard.  Wipe clean with paper towel.

Reed Diffuser Usage Instructions...

Our reed diffusers should generally last around 8-12 weeks, you may notice fluid still in your bottle even though the aroma has finished this is perfectly normal, due to our carrier oil does not all evaporate.

So best thing to do is go on your own nose, don't forget to turn your reeds every second day to ensure you get the full use out of the reeds.

Remember, do not re-use your reeds, all reed diffusers will come with a new set of natural reeds.
